In spite of all the precautions and care, sometimes our products go bad.
If you fill out the following PRODUCT RETURN FORMwithin 24 hours of receipt of your order.
We will refund 100% of your money.
A) Download the Product Return Form and fill it out.
B) Email the completed downloaded Product Return Form and email it to us at support@patastonecrabs.com.
C) We will come by a pick-up all local orders (Miami, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties).
D) All orders outside of these 3 counties will receive a shipping label via email.
E) Repack the order and using the shipping label, ship it back to us via FedEx.
F) On International shipments, you don’t have to ship the product back. Email us pictures of the spoiled product for a full refund.
G) In every case where it takes place, we’ll pay for the freight back.
H) Allow 7 days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
I) The return of the products as well as the certification of the spoiled products is necessary for insurance purposes as well as to prevent fraudulent claims.
